• Anaesthesia – such as Ultiva and Anctine
• Arthritis – GSK produce Relafen for the relief of osteoarthritus and rheumatoid arthritis.
• Anti-bacterials / Anti-malarials – Amoxil, Malarine and Zinnat to name a few
• Ant-virals – e.g. Relenza for influenza treatments and Zovirax for herpes, shingles and chicken pox
• Cardiovascular conditions – one of these is Lanoxin, manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline for congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmia
• Central Nervous System – such as Imigran for migraine, Seroxat/Deroxat to combat depression and Zyban for smoking addiction.
• HIV/AIDS – Agerase, Trizvir etc
• Metabolic and Gastro-intestinal problems – such as Zantac, manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline for duodenal and stomach ulcers, reflux and dyspepsia.
